We offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery Estimates

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5-8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: During peak seasons, promotions, or due to customs processing, delivery may take longer than estimated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check real-time updates via the Track Order page on our website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Customs Delays & Delivery Issues

We do not have control over customs processes and are not responsible for any delays they may cause. In very rare cases, packages may take longer than expected. If your package shows no tracking updates for 30–60 business days, please contact us—we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
If you spot an error, contact us at Support@NovaHorizon.com immediately. Once your order is processed, we are unable to update the shipping address.

Separate Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to:

  • Backordered items

  • Weight restrictions

  • Shipments from different warehouses

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Damaged Items

We typically do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order details

We’ll review the issue and work on a resolution.
